I didnt have a ton of time with either but BOTH looked me in the eyes and answered questions logically and thoughtfully. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! This is all it takes to start a CONVERSATION, not dismissal and arrogance like the educated entitled elitist asshats Ive had to deal with. It starts at the top and the board may make the ultimate decision BUT we elect the board so let them know your done and your kids mean more than anything... We want them to know its ALL OUR KIDS. We are just stewards of this world for a short moment.

Kyle Dresback - 7+ Years Personal experience, this guy is a complete and total shill lackey whack job. You can see current communication in emails on this site HERE and hear the story of the past experience I had with my older son while Dresback was principal there. It was all weird bullying and discrimination at that time too, so it makes sense its become an epidemic across the St Johns County School District even to the level I again experienced at Switzerland Point Middle School. No accountability and no ability to say sorry. Harmful to children!!!!
Brennan Asplen - This is irl Boss Hogg it seems to some degree. He was the superintendent for St Johns County, quit to go work as superintendent for Sarasota County where some shady shit happened and he was "allowed" to resign. No shit, like he doesnt even care... he likes to look at the board members and talk about collecting money... which just seems weird since theres 250,000 new homes or whatever the number changes depending on context, all paying taxes sooooo WHY DO THE SCHOOLS SUCK?
THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE LYING ABOUT DISCRIMINATION USING RACISM AGAINST LEARNING DISABLED KIDS OK... Fuck them, and the horses they rode id on.

St. Johns County School District has been a mixed experience really from the beginning. It started off rough for my oldest son at Nease High School but at the end of the day my youngest has had both good and bad experiences. For the most part the Elementary schools have been great.
We forget but COVID really screwed these kids over. Not only were parents unable to help due to the Common Core nonsense but the kids had to adjust to remote then reintegrate back to classroom environments that sadly seem to be very "Corporate" and "Punitive\Punishment" based. For kids that didnt conform to the generic "common core", they are fucking lost and we need to find them and bring them back to loving learning.
